run a NAS with Plex and an HD Homerun Tuner/Antenna to watch OTA football games

I want to run a NAS with Plex and an HD Homerun Tuner/Antenna to watch OTA football games to 8 TCL 55″ Roku TV’s. Plex said it was possible, the biggest bottleneck will be Wifi bandwidth, but I can hardwire some of the TV’s if necessary. What is a bang for your buck NAS for this application. We will not need extra storage capacity for digital library. It will be used for TV viewing. Thanks!

A DS218+ would do a great job. It is fast enough to give you a very responsive user experience. It also features transcoding engine built-in allowing you to convert videos on the fly when streaming remotely or on the mobile devices. You can either use Plex or built-in DS Video app to watch and record live TV from HD home run device. It would work over the WiFi. But hardwiring will help to free up some WiFi traffic.

I hope this helps.
