10GbE switch with both RJ45 and SFP+

I’m moving from a Syn 1815+ to a RS3618xs and upgrading network to 10GBe as well. Our workstations are USB-C, so I went with Sonnet SOLO adapters, but the nic for the Syn is SFP+. If you had to buy a switch with both RJ45 and SFP+, what is your first choice? I’ve been looking at the Ubiquiti ES16XG, but just curious if I’m missing something else you would recommend.

As the cheapest solution, I would choose Qnap switch. Synology software is so good that it can do load balancing with any switch. If you need something more advanced like link aggregation for 20GbE connections then I would consider Netgear smart switch. I have added links below.
