DS718+ vs TS253be

DS718+ vs TS253be. I’m wondering which of the two have a better/stronger user management features. If I want to use these at home to backup user data from the various PCs around the house as well as backup pictures, data, contacts from the mobile phones at use which is a better bet? Which NAS will permit each user to have their personal space and hassle-free backup. Most of the household is not tech savvy so something working in the background doing all the work for them is best.
