Qnap ts-453d vs TS-464T4

So I had looked up what would be the best nas for having a movie library for streaming and what I found was the ts-453d, which I seen a video you did on this model as well. And I was ready to go ahead with that decision but then my buddy told me of the new TS-464T4 that just came out.
So my question is, should I still go with the 453d or would it be better to go with the new 464T4 or a different model all together and why.?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

The new box is a simple replacement for TS-453BT3. It has newer CPU and NVMe slots and obviously a faster Thunderbolt connection. But in reality, this faster TB port might not result in better performance thanks to existing bottlenecks such as drives inside and CPU. I would expect performance improvements of around 10-15%. If you do not run virtual machines or web server maybe you can still consider an older model which might be cheaper.
