The cheapest 2-bay Plex NAS

I’m looking for the best suitable NAS for me. I’d like to use it for photo storage and movies. I’d like to use PLEX with a chromecast and a FULLHD televisor. I found at a good price the Synology DS218J but I don’t understand if the CPU of this NAS will be enough to play movies at 1080p.

I would normally recommend getting at least ds218+ for any sort of transcoding. But Plex lately released Plex server installation for Realtek based NAS. I was truly amazing seeing it transcoding 1080p movies. So yes you can use it, for streaming locally and even limited remote streaming.
