POE IP cameras and switches compatible with Synology and Qnap NAS

Cam you recommend a camera solution and a POE switch? I’m not opposed to moving to a rack mount setup for better cable management and runs but not sure where to start. My focus is the cameras and switch right now that will be compatible (any POE switch should be fine).

Each camera need around 12W of power. You can have 5 port poe switches with total output around 50W. I have listed suitable switches bellow.
