For F2-423 they blocked all 3rd party ram at least with TOS 5.0.171 (x86)
I know, because windows loads without a hitch, they simply blocked it at a software level!
Blocked – Windows Bootable USB loads and is stable for all of them:
SKHynix 4GB 2400T HMA851S6AFRN6N,
SK hynix HMA81GS6MFR8N-UH 1Rx8 8GB DDR4 PC4-19200 2400MHz Laptop Memory Module – 2400 T
Kingston Client Premier 8GB DDR4 2666MHz KCP426SS8/8
Kingston SODIMM DDR4, 1 X 16 GB, 3200MHz, CL22, KVR32S22D8/16
service@terra-master.com still had the audacity to direct me their memory options?!
I simply hope they’ll go back with this decision as it’s clear they can’t sustain it in the long run.
Clients are not willing to pay, and they don’t even have access to their memory options.
A budget brand that tries to bully the market? What a laugh!
Neither would I expect such a move from a budget brand.
