TS-364 RAM & SSD

I read your perfect TS-364 review and ordered with 3x18GB Toshiba compatible HDD.
Is it possible to configure it as 2x RAID-1 disk for sensitive data and 1x RAID-0 for movies?
I will run on it 5x cameras, DLNA, plex, win server and also ubuntu with PHP & sql for some data logging from house.
Whitch unofficial RAM is working?
Is 16GB max, or I can use without problems also up to 32GB?

I have L490 notebook with M471A2K43DB1-CTD 16GB samsung and SSDPEKKF512G8L intel SSD, it will be cool upgrade it in notebook and reuse it in NAS for Read SSD Caching.

Yes, this is a quad-core Celeron based NAS and it will support 16GB similar to Qnap 53D series.
You should be able to use that Samsung ram and Intel NVme. Here is more info about best NVMe for caching
