Finding loud drive in a NAS

Someone asked a good question about their 1817xs. One of the drives is loud. Assuming shr,what is the quickest way to identify the loud drive?

The easiest way to do this will be by turning a NAS off and connecting each drive one by one to your PC or docking station.

You will hear unusual sounds on a broken drive (or close to death).

Sometimes the HDD tray itself is loose and generate noise. But unlikely.
