How long Synology supports NAS after EOL?

DS720+ end of life

This is going to be my first NAS, i have always stored data in the cloud . I’m looking at moving everything to a NAS. i have a couple of basic question

I am looking at the DS720+
1. How long would Synology support this NAS in terms of hardware and software support.

2.Would the admin be able to access/ view data of other users such as photos or documents.

Usually, they do very good support and you can even expect 10Years with a flagship model like 20+ series.

This is a 10 years old predecessor which is still supported.
