How to Create a Group on WSS NAS

  1. Click on the Server Manager icon (Server Manager launch icon) on the bottom left of the Windows desktop.
  2. Select the Tools menu in the upper right, then select Computer Management.

  3. Expand Local Users and Groups.
  4. Expand Groups.
  5. Right-click in an empty area in the right pane and select New Group…

  6. Enter a Name and Description for the group, then press the Add button to add users to the group.
  7. Enter the name you want to add and select Check Names.
    You can separate names with a semicolon if you want to add more than one.
  8. Select OK when complete.
  9. Select Create to finish creating the group.
