How to create a user account on WSS NAS

Click on the Server Manager icon () on the bottom left of the Windows screen.
Select the Tools menu in the upper right, then select Computer Management.
Expand Local Users and Groups.
Select Users.
Right-click in an empty area in the right window and select New User…
Enter the required information and press Create.
