Budget NAS with ECC RAM?

Hi, could you tell me if there is such thing as a budget 2 or 4 bay NAS with ECC RAM without having to build one?

Synology? Qnap? Buffalo? Anything?

Buffalo TeraStation 5210DN (£394)and TeraStation 6200DN (£550) are the cheapest ECC RAM based NAS.
