NAS with Thunderbolt3 and USB3.1gen2

wanted to select a good, reliable NAS device. been considering options like wd, netgear, synology etc.
can plan for 2, 3, 4 or 5 bay.
16 tb min storage
twin gigabit lan port for link aggregation to have fastest transfer rates on LAN
USB 3 ports
iscsi

USB 3.1 gen 2 ports if possible
TB3 port if possible

cud not find any device with last 2 options. wondering if they exist at all. idea is to be able to backup contents of NAS server to selective backup harddisks periodically for archiving. to save cost, can plan to go for just 2 bay device, with raid 0 for fastest access

my requirement is to be able to use the NAS device as primary storage for 5 to 7 (win/linux/mac/android users – computers & mobiles) users for daily work, including files storage, backup, full HD transcoding media server. shd hv real time AV but not sure, it will be effective at all. periodically would like to backup files from this NAS to backup harddisk for archiving.
