Plex server -Qnap TS-231P, Asustor AS1002T V2 and Synology DS216se

I have the option between Qnap TS-231P, Asustor AS1002T V2 and Synology DS216se They are on the same price where i live. I would mainly use it for Plex media server. Which Nas server would you choose?

All of these NAS models will allow you to set up a PLEX server. It will work just fine in your local network. But if you want to add a transcoding function for remote streaming or video conversion on incompatible mobiles devices – consider getting at least TS-251B. But if transcoding does not excite you – I would suggest going for the cheapest option.

DS216se

TS-231P

AS1002T v2

But if you do think it will be a little more then just a Plex server, then Synology will have few nice apps to offer.
