High Availability (active-active dual controller) Expansion TL-R1620Sdc

High-availability dual-controller, supporting SAS 12Gb/s storage expansion solution for high-capacity daisy chain connection – TL-R1620Sdc

  • With the PCIe SAS interface card, the dual-controller NAS storage space can be expanded flexibly and economically, adding PB-level huge storage space.

  • Mini-SAS dual-channel redundant design and dual redundant power protection ensure the stable operation of the system.

  • QNAP dual-controller NAS will automatically detect the connection status of the expansion device, and the disconnection protection mode can prevent data corruption.

  • Supports Broadcom® SAS DataBolt™ line bandwidth optimization, and combines every 2 sets of 6Gb/s transmission into a single 12Gb/s data stream to achieve the high-speed transmission performance of SAS 12Gb/s.

  • QNAP NAS can flexibly manage the connected TL-R1620Sdc storage space through the Storage Manager.

  • The short chassis design can be easily installed in most small media cabinets or cabinets with a large number of lines, and the space saved can be reserved for line configuration or heat dissipation.
