QNAP Hybrid Backup Sync, HybridMount and Cloud Drive Sync will stop supporting access to Amazon Drive cloud services

Taipei, Taiwan, February 23, 2021- QNAP® Systems, Inc., a leader in computing, Netcom and solutions, today announced that starting from April 30, 2021, QNAP Hybrid Backup Sync, HybridMount and Cloud Applications such as Drive Sync will stop supporting access to Amazon Drive cloud services. After April 30, 2021, users can still access data stored on Amazon Drive through Amazon’s native application. For more information, please visit this help page .

QNAP strongly recommends that users who use Hybrid Backup Sync to back up/synchronize files on Amazon Drive immediately arrange an alternative backup/synchronization solution, and restore/synchronize the files in Amazon Drive to the NAS to ensure that important data is stored properly.
