How to tell which is single and which dual rank Crucial RAM

Regarding the crucial 16GB ram, what’s the deal with SFD and SFRA? For example what’s the difference between the Crucial 16GB CT16G4SFD8266 and the Crucial 16GB CT16G4SFRA266. Both are dual rank, 2666 260-pin. Specs pretty much seem the same but what’s the different between the two? Would this make a difference in performance or compatibility on the Synology 920+?
