I’ve heard alot about the huawei B535. Is this a good option do you know ? Mostly going to use it for gaming.

This router will be much slower compared to Archer and Asus models. But if all you need is internet connectivity then it is fast enough to cope with majority broadband speeds available today. 300+ speeds are still rare in many locations or cost a fair amount of money.
If you did want to have also a fast local Ethernet connection between computers then you can get an additional Gigabit switch connected this router.
