Replace our aging PC tower server w/MS Server 2008R2 (Asus w/Intel i5, 16GB RAM): TVS-473e, TS-473 or the TS-451?

Hello, I asked this question to the folks over at QNAP but I feel it’s always good to get outside opinions. This has to to primarily with QNAP NAS:
I’m trying to decide which 4-drive NAS is better suited to replace our aging PC tower server w/MS Server 2008R2 (Asus w/Intel i5, 16GB RAM):
TVS-473e, TS-473 or the TS-451? (Comparing the 8GB versions of each as a minimum)
We run our small Architectural office and personal files (data and photos) from the server tower (4 separate internal HDD in RAID 10) across our CAT6 wired network. Speed is paramount as is multi-tasking. The server is being used by at least 2 stations per day running AutoCAD, MS Office, and web applications at least 12 hours per day.
Also does the TS-473 run all the same apps and OS as the 451? We currently have a TS-251 serving as our music server so I am familiar with the interface and hardware. We would keep this separate drive on our network, so the new 4 bay drive would only be for file serving.

All of these NAS models do feature very same apps.
My choice would be the x73 series. It is twice as powerful and it features PCIe slot compatible with all of the cards including graphics.
With RAID10 extra processing resources will come very handy.
The 51+ series are quite old will likely be replaced very soon.

I hope this helps.
