I would like to know if it is possible to have a single disk plus 2 disks in RAID 0 and the other 5 in a RAID 5 in the same 8 bay NAS (QNAP, Sysnology or Asustor).
A multi-RAID option is available in Qnap, Synology and Asustor. The most configurable NAS will surely be Qnap. You can even RAID M.2 SSD and use it for the storage. You might need to get an SSD upgrade card if you don’t have M.2 slots on the NAS (like Qnap Gold series 873e).
