Can I add/mix the WD Red PRO NAS with Gold Series drives

RAID5 WD Red & Gold. I currently have 2 WD Gold series 10TB drives in a Mobius 5-Bay Thunderbolt 2 Enclosure (which has SOFTRAID).

I want to purchase 3 more drives to set up a RAID 5 configuration. Can I add/mix the WD 10TB Red PRO NAS with the two Gold Series drives I currently have?

Or should I stick with 3 more of the same identical Gold series drives?

The Red Pro are about $100 cheaper so hoping I can mix them in but will buy the gold series if its not possible.

I would personally recommend sticking with the same make and model drives. But if you want to know will it work. Yes, it will work. WD Pro and Gold drives are very similar. They offer the same speed, same reliability.
