Map network drive on macOS

  1. In Finder, clickĀ GoĀ >Ā Connect to ServerĀ from the menu bar.
  2. In theĀ Server AddressĀ field, enter your Synology NAS deviceā€™s IP address or domain name preceded by ā€œhttp://ā€ and followed with ā€œ:5005ā€ (or whichever port number you specified when enabling WebDAV service). For example: http://pm.synology.com:5005/.
  3. ClickĀ ConnectĀ to continue.

  4. Enter your DSM user name and password in theĀ NameĀ andĀ PasswordĀ fields. Then clickĀ Connect.
  5. Now you should be able to see the shared folders on your Synology NAS in Finder.

    Alternatively, you may also find your Synology NAS and its shared folders underĀ SHAREDĀ on the Finder sidebar.
