NAS with M.2

Hello, i am looking for some advice on a NAS solution. What i am looking for the NAS to do is. Integrate with my 4 ip cameras to provide a DVR surveillance system, Plex media server able to transcode 1080P multiple streams. Host a web server running apache or nginx. I would like to have an M2 in addition of drive bays. I have the storage drives already, so i am looking for a diskless NAS.

If the main purpose for M.2 slots is caching then I would recommend DS918+. It comes with dual NVME M.2 slots for caching which is 5 times faster than regular M.2 SSD speed. Tests also have proven the performance increase by using these.
If you rather want to use M.2 for tiered storage or simply for hot storage, then the only option for you will be Qnap. There is an option with regular M.2 slots built in or you can choose any Qnap with a PCIe slot and installing NVMe or regular M.2 SSD card. Withing your budget is TVS-473e (673e) with onboard M.2. Or you can choose TS-453B/653B series and install M.2 SSD or NVMe card. All these NAS models will do the tasks you require.
