NAS for surveillance – 8-12 cameras

I’d like your opinion on which NAS server would be best for a small business security system ( 8-12 cameras). I’d like most of the cameras to be 4K for quality. I’d rather pay more now to help future-proof the system as much as possible. Also is QVR Pro the way to go or is surveillance station better for this type of set up?

With 12 cameras with 4K resolution 30frames per second in H.265 compression format which would be most up to date solution – your speed requirements for 30 day footage storage:

Bandwidth 117.96 (Mbit/s)
Total Disk Space 38 (TB)

The best NAS for Surveillance, in this case, would be either DiskStation DS1618+ or TS-653B. Built-in Surveillance solution is very advanced surveillance software. But it all depends which user interface you find more suitable for yourself.
