Upgrading to the QNAP TS-216G-US should speed up your backups, especially if the DS416J is bottlenecking at gigabit speeds. If you’re hitting the 4-
Synology and Terramaster are great for mixed drives, but consider Unraid if you want more flexibility. For RAM, 16GB is a good bet. As for the F6-424,
The DS923+ is a solid choice! Check if your WD drives are compatible and back everything up first. For new drives, consider Seagate IronWolf or WD Red
